Tri-A-Tri workout schedule

Here is the training schedule for the next couple of months. Main focus of this is a build towards the tri-a-tri in guelph in June.

26 Uxpool, Uxbridge 8:30 – pay for entry to pool
27 Run – Port Perry Fairgrounds at 6:30
29 Bike – Blackstock Arena at 6:15

3 Uxpool, Uxbridge 8:30 – pay for entry to pool
4 Run – Port Perry Fairgrounds at 6:30
6 Bike – Blackstock Arena at 6:15
10 Uxpool, Uxbridge 8:30 – pay for entry to pool
11 Run – Port Perry Fairgrounds at 6:30
13 Bike – Utica Memory Hall at 6:15
17 Uxpool, Uxbridge 8:30 – pay for entry to pool
18 Run – Port Perry Fairgrounds at 6:30
20 Bike – Blackstock Arena at 6:15
24 Victoria Weekend NO POOL
25 Run – Port Perry Fairgrounds at 6:30

6 Mini Triathlon Day in Bethany – The Ranch Resort 1pm
7 Uxpool, Uxbridge 8:30 – pay for entry to pool
8 Run – Port Perry Fairgrounds at 6:30
10 Bike – Blackstock Arena at 6:15
